We chose to work with Fladeboe Land after participating in an open Zoom meeting for interested parties. After a meeting with Glen and Kristine, we were convinced that we needed them to negotiate a sale for us. We didn’t even bother to check the testimonials because Glen sold us on his own abilities. As many families experience, sale of their inherited land is an emotional event. Glen and Kristine approached our sale with sensitivity, using their knowledge and connections to put a value on our land that was most beneficial for us. Glen negotiated with family members in a way that kept everyone’s best interest in mind. He gave personal attention to our concerns and worries. Patti was great as she handled all of the details for closing. I could not recommend Fladeboe Land and their services any more highly!
