Kristine Fladeboe Duininck became a professional auctioneer in 1995, REALTOR in 1999, and Broker in 2007. Her love for the auction business started nearly twenty years earlier as she listened to her father sell everything from cattle to collectibles to real estate. As a graduate of University of St. Thomas, Kristine specializes in selling farmland and recreational land across MN and fundraising auctions worldwide. In January 2006, Kristine was named the 2006 Champion Auctioneer by the Minnesota State Auctioneers Association. She placed as a finalist in the same contest in 2004 and was also named a finalist in the International Auctioneer Championship in 2005, 2007 and 2009. She is also a 1995 graduate of the World Wide college of Auctioneering and holds the designation of Benefit Auction Specialist (BAS). With her obtaining the title of the 2010 International Auctioneer Champion from the National Auctioneers Association, Kristine is actively appearing as a featured speaker. Her “Becoming the Leader in You” is one of her favorites along with “Taking the Next Step: How to Become a Real Estate Auctioneer.” She resides in Spicer, Minnesota with her husband Jamie and two children, Elsie and Harris. Outside of home and work, Kristine loves running in the outdoors!
Glen Fladeboe grew up on a farm in Kandiyohi County and those farm roots have guided his entire career. After graduating from Hamline University in 1998 with a degree in communications, Glen soon after obtained his real estate license with a focus and specialty in farmland transactions. The business became a passion for him as he was surrounded by families and farmland enthusiasts with similar life stories – people with a connection and interest in the land who are often beneficiaries of farmland. He takes particular interest in working with owners to determine the current value of their land, and assisting them in the sale of a farm through a public marketing effort or privately to a family member or tenant. He lives with his and wife and two daughters in the Twin Cities and in his spare time enjoys his cabin on the south shore of Lake Superior or driving tractor on his family’s farms in MN; in the Fall he cherishes pheasant hunting with his black lab Sigurd on his wife’s family farm in South Dakota.
2015 MSSA Hall of Fame Auctioneer Dale Fladeboe, after attending the Worldwide College of Auctioneering in 1978, opened Fladeboe Auctions for business in Willmar, Minnesota. Since that time, the company has grown to specialize in selling land across MN and charitable fundraising auctions across the nation. Dale continues to conduct auctions on a regular basis and is extremely proud to have his children join him in the family business. He and his wife Grace live have been married for 50 years and live on a working farm near Willmar, Minnesota.

Patti has over 25 years of real estate experience and serves as the business manager, marketing specialist and closing coordinator. She resides in rural Atwater with her husband of 40+ years, John.
Brian has been a Real Estate Agent for eighteen years. He is married and has three children. They live on the farm where he grew up just East of Madison, MN. He enjoys hunting, fishing, coaching baseball, golfing, and spending time with his family at the lake. Brian has a B.A. degree in Anthropology from Hamline University with a Minor in Sociology. He currently operates a family farm in Lac qui Parle County, MN and is the Owner of Fernholz Crop Insurance where he insures farmer’s crops in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
Vicki serves as the online auction manager. She is also a member of the Willmar City Council and serves on several boards and commissions. Vicki and her husband Chris have been married for 38 years and have home schooled their 11 children.

Of those 25 years, Greg has been a broker for 16 years. He and his family previously owned and operated a business representing landowners in the purchase, sale and management of agriculture properties for their clients. Having been born and raised in the town of New Ulm, Greg specializes in the Southern Minnesota Area. While serving his clients with professionalism and working to meet their goals, Greg enjoys assisting landowners with transitioning to retirement or making additional purchases to add to their existing farm operations.
