April 2019 Newsletter

Happy Spring All;

According to national and regional publications there has been a slight uptick in farmland values and we have noticed the same trend in our recent auctions and listings. We are very pleased to see the continued stability and resiliency in farmland prices. The old saying that they are not making more of it most definitely is holding true. We are excited to showcase two new farmland auctions, as well as other tillable, hunting and pastureland listings on our website . Call us to see what farmland is selling for in your county of interest or for a complimentary consultation with one of our farmland experts – we are grateful for the opportunity to serve communities. Wishing everyone a safe and blessed Spring planting season.
