We recently completed an eleven county, three year farmland sale price study. We’re pleased to share the results with you. The information is posted below. The study confirmed that sale prices have risen greatly in recent years and remain very strong at this time.

2022 was a very active year for farmland sales. Strong buyer interest resulted in historically high sale prices for high quality farmland. We are pleased to report that all auction parcels offered in 2022 successfully sold through the auction process. Many buyers continue to bid at the live auction, while the number of online bidders has grown. Privately negotiated sales also remain active.
