Dale attends World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA.
1978
Dale Fladeboe started his auctioneering with Abner Jacobson in Benson, both working countless hours to provide excellent service and build their businesses.
1988
Seeing the demand for land auctions, Dale obtains his real estate license, and added this service to his established personal property auctions.
1994 - 1996
Dale and Grace’s three children attend World Wide College of Auctioneering.
1998
Benefit auctions become a key service offering of Fladeboe Auctions.
1999
Kimberly, Kristine and Glen, having graduated with four-year college degrees, join Fladeboe Auctions to pursue a career in auctioneering.
2001
Kimberly, Kristine and Glen receive their real estate licenses.
2005
Kimberly and Kristine are recognized as an International Auctioneer Champion Finalists.
2006
Kristine wins the Minnesota State AuctioneerChampion.
2007
Kristine obtains her broker’s license.
2008
Fladeboe Auctions continues to successfully sell thousands of acres for families across Minnesota.
2010
Kristine wins the 2010 International Auctioneer Champion title (National Auctioneers Association) after being a finalist in 2005, 2007 and 2009.
2011
Fladeboe Auctions surpasses their last years fundraising figures by generating over $8 million for more than 175 nonprofit organizations.
2012
Fladeboe Auctions continues to successfully sell thousands of acres for families across Minnesota.
2013
Fladeboe Auctions opens Fladeboe Auctions Land Co. LLC in MinnWest Campus of Willmar, Minn., and Twin Cities Branch and continues to successfully sell thousands of acres for families across Minnesota.
2014
Fladeboe Auctions Land Co. LLC sells record amount of farms in their 37 year history. Farmland prices are historically high quarterly due to high grain prices.
2016
Fladeboe Auctions Fundraising generates over $30 million for 275 nonprofit organizations.
2017
Fladeboe Auctions Land Co. LLC is now Fladeboe Land as we continue to offer much more than just auctions. Our services include auctions, listings, private sale, negotiations, consulting and appraisals.
2017
The Fladeboe team is honored to welcome Carl Myers to their team. Carl is a family man with decades of banking and Real Estate experience.
2019
The Fladeboe Land Team continues to sell thousands of acres of farmland for families and corporations across Minnesota. The prices held steady even though grain prices were low.
2020
Farmland prices have remained steady in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. We are grateful for the excellent weather for spring planting and are having positive conversations with farmers. Farmland prices at the end of 2020 were significantly higher as the year progressed.
2021
Farmland prices are on the rise. They currently are higher than the 2020 year end.
