Kristine, Glen & Patti were extremely sensitive to the emotional aspect of selling the property our parents spent their entire lives building. They handled all the legal aspects of the process, including surveys, deeds, titles, rent pro-ration, etc., which would have been very time consuming and confusing to do ourselves. As president of Calvary Lutheran Church of Willmar, I was totally involved in the sale of the 400+ acres of gifted farmland given to our church by a congregant member. I worked closely with Glen and Kristine from the initial auctioneer company selection process through the auction sale itself and the culminating closing. Calvary’s Executive Committee interviewed three major land auction companies with Fladeboe Land being one of the three. Fladeboe’s exceptional marketing effort yielded actual registered bidders that were more than double the participants we were expecting, with the vast majority present in-person for the auction. Personally witnessing the auction process solidified the expectations that I and Calvary had for Fladeboe Land as their team was able to sell our land for a record price per acre for our area. We at Calvary felt obviously blessed, not only with the final results, but for the fact that we picked the best people to work with as Dale, Glen, Kristine, Patti, along with the rest of the Fladeboe team exhibited the highest professionalism through out the process. My siblings and I were blessed to work with Glen and Kristine when we decided to sell the family farm after our mom passed away. When we started the process of what we were going to do with the family farm we had no clue as to what was all entailed. Thank heavens a family member recommended a list of auctioneers and Fladeboe was on that list. I remember leaving a message on a Saturday afternoon (not thinking I would hear anything back till Monday) and lo and behold my call was returned that same day.
