Bidding will open on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024 at 8 AM, BIDDING CLOSES TUESDAY, MARCH 12th, 2024 at 2 PM. This parcel contains a total of 84.46 surveyed acres, and is in a great location just southwest of Willmar on Co Rd 15 SW. This is quality farmland with a CPI rating of 88.4. This sale is subject to a Right of First Refusal. Possession will be immediately after the closing for the successful buyer.
