Each parcel will be sold individually. So, you will have the opportunity to buy any parcel or all of them. This will be a live auction with an online bidding option. The choice is yours. Auction Terms: The successful bidder(s) will pay down a $10,000 earnest money deposit for Parcel 1, $25,000 for Parcel 2 and $10,000 for Parcel 3 on the auction day in the form of a cashier’s check. The non-refundable checks should be made out to Fladeboe Land Trust Account. The successful bidder(s) will enter into a non-contingent, AS-IS purchase agreement on auction day. Buyer’s premium will apply. The closings will be executed on or before May 11th, 2023 at KATCO. Upon successful closing possession will be granted.
