Auctioneer’s Comments: Folks, we’re pleased to present these Kandiyohi County surplus land parcels for sale by auction. These three parcels contain a total of 44.74 surveyed acres. Each parcel will be sold individually. So, you will have the opportunity to buy any parcel or all of them. This will be a live auction with an online bidding option. The choice is yours. Auction Terms: The successful bidder(s) will pay down a $10,000 earnest money deposit for Parcel 1, $25,000 for Parcel 2 and $10,000 for Parcel 3 on the auction day in the form of a cashier’s check. The non-refundable checks should be made out to Fladeboe Land Trust Account. The successful bidder(s) will enter into a non-contingent, AS-IS purchase agreement on auction day.  Buyer’s premium will apply. The closings will be executed on or before May 11th, 2023 at KATCO. Upon successful closing possession will be granted. Announcements made auction day take  precedence over printed material.
