We want to thank Kristine, Glen, Carl, Patti and the entire Fladeboe Team for their hard work and dedication toward the sale of land that had been in our family for many, many years. Following our parents passing, we made the hard decision to sell the farmland. After conversations with several companies, we determined an auction would be the best way to sell the land and chose Fladeboe Land to assist us. Since none of our family lived in the area, members of the Fladeboe Team worked closely with us to ensure we were comfortable with the events that would lead up to the sale of the property. We can’t say enough about their professionalism, in particular their great communication. The “teamwork” started with our first conversation and continued throughout the entire preliminary survey, marketing, auction and closing processes. This was extremely critical in this crazy COVID year of 2020. They truly had our family’s interests at heart and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the way things turned out.
